1. How to Track Your Order:
When your Order ships out, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email from us with your tracking number included in it.
Once you receive the email, visit the website:
Enter Your Tracking Code & click the "Track" button.
Things to Keep in Mind:
If your tracking number entered shows that it is currently unavailable, do not be alarmed – Your order has been shipped out and is in transit to the local post office. Tracking should be updating within a few business days. Your order may take 4 to 13 business days to be delivered to you.
2. Return/ Exchanges:
We generally do not accept any refunds nor returns. Please do communicate with us where the dissatisfaction lie and we will be happy to find a solution for you.
3. Shipping Time:
Typically, it takes between 10 to 20 days or less for the product to reach you if you are residing in the United States. However, due to Covid-19 situation, we expect slight delay from our distribution and shipping channel. As our manpower has been greatly reduced and we are doing all we can to take the neccessary safety precautions to ensure a healthy enviroment for all parties involved. Please be rest assured that we are working hard to fulfill your orders in a timely manner. We will email you as soon as items shipped.
